- Dean and Deidra, along with our six year old daughter, Amelia, have been waiting, as patiently as possible, for our new daughter from China. This blog is a way to share the news of our upcoming trip to China in September 2008, and also to share our photos and experiences while we are in China. Our log-in date (LID) is January 26, 2006. Our travel date is September 17, 2008. The day we get to meet Iris for the first time is September 22, 2008.

we are so happy for all 3 of you. Yes I've been reading your blog and it looks like your time in China so far has been amazing. I'm sure by now you have your little girl with you. We are very excited to see her someday. Congrats to all of you. Amelia, you will be a great big sister.
